How it works

From free review to fully running

A free review, a build, then your local office runs the back office alongside you every week. We get paid as a share of revenue, and you see everything in a monthly report.

How it works

Three steps to a back office that runs

Your local team, invested in your success, keeping the personal touch that makes your service stand out.

  1. Free review

We look at how your business runs today: where leads come from, where jobs stall and what eats your evenings. No cost, no pressure.

  2. Build

We set up the phones, marketing, follow-up, books, permits and vendor accounts as one connected system.

  3. Run & grow

Your local office runs it alongside you every week and reports to you every month. You get the support of a much larger company, and we get paid as you grow.

Revenue share

We win when you win.

No big retainers, no hourly billing and no long list of invoices. We work on a share of revenue, so our pay rises and falls with yours.

That takes the risk off you and keeps our whole team focused on one thing: growing your business. If we're not helping you grow, we don't get paid more.

  • No upfront retainer
  • Paid as your revenue grows
  • Aligned on every lead, job and dollar
  • Your business stays yours: your name, customers, phone number, website, reviews and data
Your monthly owner report

See everything. Every month.

Because we're paid from your revenue, we want you watching the numbers as closely as we do. Each month you get one clear report: what came in, what got booked, what got billed and what we're working on next.

  • Calls, leads and where they came from
  • Estimates sent, followed up and won
  • Revenue billed and collected
  • Reviews, permits and the books, all in one place
  • The plan for next month

Is it a fit?

Built for owners who do the work

A great fit if you

  • Own a service-call or project-based home service business
  • Still work in the field, or did until recently
  • Have steady demand and want more of the right jobs
  • Are buried in calls, paperwork and follow-up
  • Want to grow without building a full office yourself

Probably not a fit if you

  • Want a one-off marketing campaign
  • Are shopping for the cheapest hourly help
  • Aren't ready to take on more work
  • Would rather keep it all in-house
Questions

Owners usually ask

How much does it cost?

There's no retainer and no hourly bill. We work on a share of your revenue, so our pay depends on your business doing well. We'll walk through exactly how it works for your business on the free review.

Do I give up control of my business?

No. You own your business and make the calls. We run the back office alongside you, as an extension of your team.

What do I keep?

Everything that makes it your business: your name, your customers, your phone number, your website, your reviews and your data.

We're mostly service calls. Or mostly big projects. Does that matter?

No. We work with service-call companies, project-based companies and those that do both. The work we take on shifts to match: more phones, dispatch and invoicing for service calls; more estimates, follow-up, permits and materials for projects.

How will I know it's working?

You'll get a report every month showing calls, leads, estimates, jobs won and revenue, plus what we're doing next. Because we're paid from your revenue, we watch those numbers as closely as you do, and if something isn't working we'll sit down with you and change the plan.

What happens on the free back-office review?

A short conversation about how your business runs today: where leads come from, how calls and estimates are handled, and what's taking up your time. You'll leave with a clear picture of where you're losing jobs and hours, whether or not we work together.

Which trades do you work with?

All of them: electricians, painters, plumbers, pest control, landscapers, carpenters, windows and doors, roofers, gutters, handymen and more. The common thread is an owner who is still close to the work.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. We partner with one company per trade in each market, and everyone we work with is a complementary trade. If you're our painter, you're our only painter there.

I'm not in Cleveland, Columbus or Pittsburgh. Can you still help?

Reach out anyway. Cincinnati and Indianapolis are next, and we're always looking at where to go after that.

See where you're losing jobs and hours.
