About
A local back office, built to scale.
Local offices that know your trades, permit offices and suppliers, backed by one playbook and a team that grows when you do.
Built by operators, for owners who do the work
Home Hub Collective is a Reagan Brooks company, rooted in the Rust Belt and built by people who have owned and run businesses here.
We started with a simple idea: the owners of great home service companies shouldn't have to choose between doing the work and running the business. So we built a back office they can plug into, with a local team, proven systems and a model where we only do well when they do.
We're not an agency passing through. We're building something in these markets for the long haul.
Local where it counts. Built to scale.
Every market gets a local office that knows its trades, permit offices, suppliers and customers, backed by one national playbook and support team. Cleveland is home base and Columbus is open, with Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Indianapolis on the way.
What owners say
Home Hub Collective changed the game for us at On Demand Plumbing. They didn't just help with marketing—they built real infrastructure behind our business. Customer service is dialed in, calls are handled professionally, and nothing slips through the cracks. They're also managing the backend stuff that used to slow us down—permit filing, insurance coordination, all of it. It honestly feels like we have the systems and support of a much larger company now. We're getting more leads, running smoother, and actually able to focus on doing the work.
Home Hub Collective has been a huge upgrade for us at Piazza's Landscaping. They brought real structure to our marketing and backend. Our online presence finally looks like a legit company, leads are more consistent, and everything feels more intentional instead of thrown together. On top of that, they've taken over bookkeeping, payroll, and HR, which has been a massive weight off. Having clean numbers and real visibility into the business has changed how we make decisions. Big picture... it feels like we leveled up into a much more professional, organized operation.
