Chase Slepak is a business leader and entrepreneur whose life bridges the worlds of corporate leadership and entrepreneurship. Raised in a blue-collar community north of Pittsburgh, he grew up with the influence of an entrepreneurial father and a grandmother whose tireless work ethic left a lasting mark. Starting work at 14, Chase quickly learned that opportunity is built on resilience, discipline, and action.
By his early twenties, he had launched his first ventures — Fifth Avenue Car Wash & Detailing and Fortitude Property Services — gaining valuable lessons in customer service, leadership, and persistence.
Today, he is Chairman and President of Slepak Family Companies, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes Slepak Properties, The Crazy Good Co, Uncle Joe’s Good Time, Swing Zone Sports Hub, Purvey CPG, and Home Hub Collective, which he co-founded to support home service companies.
Chase also serves as President of RainShadow Labs, COO of Boylan Bottling, and co-founder of Pretty Tasty, a beverage brand gaining national traction. His ability to operate at the intersection of corporate leadership and entrepreneurship reflects his belief that discipline and creativity are most powerful when paired together.
Guided by his philosophy to “Stay hungry,” Chase continues to expand his portfolio and leadership influence, building companies that reflect the same resilience and entrepreneurial grit that have defined his journey from the very beginning.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Helen Gates has successfully completed a diverse range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces and everything in between. Her work has been featured in prestigious design magazines and publications, earning her recognition as a trailblazer in the industry.
